Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three to six months of related experience or training
- Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Manager Food Handlers Certificate provided at restaurant
- Ability to use POS and computer systems
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to follow safety policies and procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle customer and Associate issues
- Willingness to work in a fast paced environment

Job Duties
- Treat customers as guests with respect and courtesy while providing quick, friendly service
- Assist in recruitment of new Associates
- Assist in training and development of Associates
- Assist with creating and overseeing schedules and supervising Associates including rewarding and coaching
- Maintain knowledge of food preparation guidelines and health and safety regulations
- Handle Associate issues
- Resolve customer issues
- Control shrink expenses and labor costs
- Monitor competition activities and report findings to supervisors
- Work varied hours to oversee restaurant operations
- Process information through computer and POS systems
- Operate and maintain all necessary restaurant equipment
- Follow Little Caesars programs and promotions
- Ensure compliance with laws, policies and procedures
- Act as a representative of the company within the restaurant and community
- Enforce safety policies and procedures and serve as a safety role model
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
