Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current driver’s license
  • Two years of property management experience
  • Two years of experience with RealPage or equivalent property management software

Job Duties

  • Collect and post rents and other income, maintain accurate rental receipt records with delinquency reports
  • Maintain account records and transactions including NSFs, rent allowances, concessions, rent increases, and debits/credits in OneSite
  • Prepare and deliver legal and formal notices such as balance due, late notices, and lease violations
  • Initiate evictions by preparing paperwork and coordinating with property attorney, ensure legal compliance
  • Conduct resident move-outs including inspections and assessment of final charges
  • Maintain courteous communication and follow-up with residents, applicants, prospects, vendors, and other representatives
  • Assist with resident retention through renewal programs and community events
  • Act as leader and decision-maker in absence of Property Manager
  • Complete projects under guidance of Property Manager
