Job Requirements

- Two years of property management experience
- Two years of experience with RealPage or equivalent property management software

Job Duties
- Collect and post rents and other income, maintain accurate rental receipt records with delinquency reports
- Maintain account records and transactions including NSFs, rent allowances, concessions, rent increases, and debits/credits in OneSite
- Prepare and deliver legal and formal notices such as balance due, late notices, and lease violations
- Initiate evictions by preparing paperwork and coordinating with property attorney, ensure legal compliance
- Conduct resident move-outs including inspections and assessment of final charges
- Maintain courteous communication and follow-up with residents, applicants, prospects, vendors, and other representatives
- Assist with resident retention through renewal programs and community events
- Act as leader and decision-maker in absence of Property Manager
- Complete projects under guidance of Property Manager
