- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs
- prior experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant preferred
- valid driver’s license and insurance with adequate driving record
- ability to work flexible hours
- ability to work independently and with a variety of personalities
- satisfactory background check
- minimum age of 18 years
