Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
  • valid driver’s license and insurance with an adequate driving record
  • ability to work flexible hours including independently and with various personalities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant setting preferred
  • strong people-oriented skills and ability to inspire and motivate others

  • ability to manage operational tasks such as inventory control
  • leadership development experience or willingness to participate in training programs
  • ability to handle customer service challenges professionally

Job Duties

  • Inspire and support team members to provide the best customer service
  • lead and motivate the team to ensure a positive customer experience by giving feedback and setting goals
  • maintain adequate staffing levels by assisting in scheduling, interviewing, and hiring new team members
  • ensure the restaurant remains clean and safe by adhering to maintenance and food safety guidelines
  • assist in inventory control and record keeping
  • adapt to various situations to support the team’s roles in meeting customer needs
  • resolve customer issues and employee wellness concerns calmly and effectively
  • provide coaching, training, and feedback to develop team members’ skills
  • build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
  • promote a fun and engaging work environment
