Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs and prepare food
  • satisfactory background check
  • at least 18 years old
  • ability to work flexible hours
  • valid driver’s license and insurance
  • effective interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • experience in restaurant leadership preferred

Job Duties

  • Inspire and support team to provide their best service to customers
  • lead and inspire team for positive customer experiences by providing feedback and setting goals
  • maintain adequate staffing levels by assisting in scheduling, interviewing, and hiring
  • ensure restaurant cleanliness and safety by utilizing maintenance and food safety guidelines
  • assist in inventory control and record keeping
  • support team’s abilities to meet customer needs
  • resolve customer issues and employee concerns with calmness and knowledge
  • provide coaching, training, and positive feedback to develop team skills
  • build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
  • promote a fun work environment
