Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs and prepare food
- satisfactory background check
- at least 18 years old
- ability to work flexible hours
- valid driver’s license and insurance
- effective interpersonal skills
- ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- experience in restaurant leadership preferred

Job Duties
- Inspire and support team to provide their best service to customers
- lead and inspire team for positive customer experiences by providing feedback and setting goals
- maintain adequate staffing levels by assisting in scheduling, interviewing, and hiring
- ensure restaurant cleanliness and safety by utilizing maintenance and food safety guidelines
- assist in inventory control and record keeping
- support team’s abilities to meet customer needs
- resolve customer issues and employee concerns with calmness and knowledge
- provide coaching, training, and positive feedback to develop team skills
- build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
- promote a fun work environment
