Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
- Minimum one year of leadership experience in a Burger King restaurant or comparable setting
- Proficient in English for verbal and reading communication
- Proficient math skills
- Completion or willingness to complete internal management and compliance certifications
- Ability to work long or irregular hours including extra shifts
- Ability to supervise and lead a team
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
- Demonstrated leadership skills with at least one year of excellent performance in a restaurant or retail/hospitality environment
- English language proficiency with clear speech and verbal comprehension
- Proficient math skills
- Completion or willingness to complete internal certifications such as Guest Service Expert, Basic Management Training, Serve Safe Essentials, Anti-Harassment Training, and HR Legal Compliance Training
Job Duties
- Lead operations excellence by directing preparation and sale of products for prompt customer delivery
- Motivate and direct crew members and Shift Supervisors to exceed customer expectations
- Supervise and train crew members and Shift Supervisors on restaurant practices and policies
- Assist with profit and loss management including cash control, inventory, and labor management
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, company policies, food safety, and security standards
- Resolve production bottlenecks and restaurant equipment problems effectively
- Maintain order and discipline among employees supervised
