Job Requirements

Ability to communicate effectively in English
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule

Job Qualifications

Ability to communicate effectively in English
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles preferred
Knowledge of food quality and safety standards
Ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities effectively
Experience using management information systems is a plus

Job Duties

Manage restaurant operations in conjunction with the Restaurant Manager or independently
Recruit, select, train, and develop restaurant employees
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
Monitor and uphold food quality and safety standards
Use management information tools to analyze operational and financial performance
Serve as a strong role model for employees
Adapt to multiple demands and shifting priorities
