Job Requirements

  • must have valid ServSafe Manager Certificate or be willing to obtain it after employment
  • must have valid Alcohol Server Permit
  • ability to work varying schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • must be able to perform basic math and computer data entry
  • must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Job Qualifications

  • must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location and guests
  • must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations and complete computer data entry
  • valid ServSafe Manager Certificate (can be obtained after employment begins)

Job Duties

  • Direct the efforts of front-of-house support team, servers, bartenders, and back-of-house employees
  • assist the General Manager in providing leadership and supervision of restaurant operations
  • manage hourly and management staffing and training
  • ensure guest service meets company standards
  • oversee food preparation and quality control
  • maintain expense control and inventory management
  • uphold facility maintenance and operational excellence
