Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
- Minimum one year experience with excellent standards in a Burger King restaurant or comparable setting
- Proficient in English language skills
- Proficient math skills
- Willingness to complete internal certifications including Guest Service Expert, Basic Management Training, Serve Safe Essentials
- Willingness to complete Anti-Harassment Training and HR Legal Compliance Training within 60 days of start date
- Ability to work long or irregular hours including extra shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
- Demonstrated leadership skills with at least one year of excellent performance in a restaurant or retail/hospitality environment
- Proficient English language skills for clear communication
- Proficient math skills
- Completion or willingness to complete internal certifications including Guest Service Expert, Basic Management Training, Serve Safe Essentials, Anti-Harassment Training, and HR Legal Compliance Training
- Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work long and irregular hours
Job Duties
- Direct efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt customer delivery within speed of service guidelines
- Provide production direction to crew in a clear and concise way
- Motivate and direct crew members and Shift Supervisors to exceed customer expectations with food and friendly service
- Supervise and train crew members and Shift Supervisors on stations, products, processes and policies
- Assist with cash control, security procedures, labor management, inventory and financial reporting
- Enforce compliance with government regulations, company policies, food safety and cleanliness standards
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints in a timely, friendly and professional manner
