Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of restaurant management experience
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends
- Physical capability to stand for up to 10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Effective communication skills including reading and writing
- Willingness to work in multiple restaurant positions as needed
- Compliance with all local, state, and federal laws
- Eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years restaurant management experience
- Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol certifications a plus
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and develop a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with inventory management
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Physical ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Ensure timely, friendly service according to company guidelines
- Cultivate a culture aligned with Flynn Applebee's core values
- Respond to and correct verbal guest complaints promptly
- Complete required guest table visits per company standards
- Maintain departmental inventory levels
- Conduct product preparation and presentation line checks
- Schedule employees effectively to meet sales demands
- Maintain safety and security programs
- Promote restaurant organization, cleanliness, and sanitation
- Perform routine maintenance and report needed repairs
- Recruit and refer potential team members and management candidates
- Implement training procedures for new managers
- Conduct training sessions and implement company policies
- Develop employees through One-on-One sessions and evaluations
- Provide fair employee feedback and support development
- Monitor employee performance and document disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Control costs in assigned departments
- Comply with local, state, and federal regulations
- Prepare and submit accurate daily paperwork
- Meet or exceed sanitation standards
- Model leadership behavior
- Develop proficiency in store-related technology
- Work in all restaurant positions as needed
- Use Management Development Program for leadership growth
