Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in restaurant supervision or management
  • Ability to enforce company policies and procedures

  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Ability to handle cash and financial transactions accurately

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
  • Strong knowledge of food service operations and customer service
  • Ability to enforce company policies and handle disciplinary actions effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in basic administrative tasks and record keeping
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations
  • Experience managing inventory and cost control

Job Duties

  • Ensure company quality standards for food, beverage, and service are understood and adhered to by all team members
  • Enforce company policies and procedures including safety, sanitation, security, uniform policies, and cash handling
  • Direct training, development, and mentoring of team members
  • Conduct reviews, counseling sessions, and terminations when necessary
  • Oversee overall floor supervision and daily activities of front end team members
  • Maintain positive staff relations through leadership, communication, and team building
  • Promote sales growth through staff training, incentive programs, and guest relations
  • Conduct restaurant walk-throughs to ensure readiness and cleanliness
  • Assign and check side work
  • Ensure compliance with health, labor, and safety regulations
  • Organize and maintain inventory within budget
  • Assist management with record keeping, sales and cost monitoring, inventory, invoice approval, personnel records, payroll, and training materials
