Job Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of food service operations and customer service
- Ability to enforce company policies and handle disciplinary actions effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic administrative tasks and record keeping
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Experience managing inventory and cost control
Job Duties
- Ensure company quality standards for food, beverage, and service are understood and adhered to by all team members
- Enforce company policies and procedures including safety, sanitation, security, uniform policies, and cash handling
- Direct training, development, and mentoring of team members
- Conduct reviews, counseling sessions, and terminations when necessary
- Oversee overall floor supervision and daily activities of front end team members
- Maintain positive staff relations through leadership, communication, and team building
- Promote sales growth through staff training, incentive programs, and guest relations
- Conduct restaurant walk-throughs to ensure readiness and cleanliness
- Assign and check side work
- Ensure compliance with health, labor, and safety regulations
- Organize and maintain inventory within budget
- Assist management with record keeping, sales and cost monitoring, inventory, invoice approval, personnel records, payroll, and training materials
