Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Valid food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications if required
- Understanding of labor laws and health code regulations
- Experience in restaurant operations preferred
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to team development and customer service excellence
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proper food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications if required by law
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 2 years restaurant experience preferred
- Minimum 1 year previous management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of computer operations related to business management
Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day sports bar operations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety procedures
- Manage team member performance and training
- Lead in-house marketing initiatives
- Execute the rewards program
- Maintain safe food handling and responsible alcohol service
- Ensure excellent customer experience
