- At least 2-3 years restaurant management experience
- Serve Safe Food certification is a plus

Job Duties
- Ensures timely friendly service according to company guidelines achieving established objectives of the unit
- Cultivates a culture in accordance with the Flynn Applebee's Premier Card of core values and beliefs
- Ensures immediate response and correction of all verbal guest complaints
- Ensures guest contact with completion of required table visits
- Maintains departmental inventory levels
- Ensures product preparation and presentation meeting company standards
- Effectively schedules employees to meet sales demands
- Maintains effective safety and security programs
- Promotes and leads restaurant organization cleanliness and sanitation
- Performs routine maintenance and reports needed repairs
- Promotes quality recruitment and referrals of potential team members
- Promotes training procedures for new managers
- Helps maintain a trained staff through orientation and training sessions
- Participates in employee development and performance documentation
- Assesses employee efficiency and provides fair feedback
- Monitors acceptable employee performance and documents for disciplinary action
- Assures compliance with company policies and procedures
- Controls cost in assigned department
- Complies with local state and federal laws regulations and guidelines
- Drives food and liquor inventories and completes them
- Prepares and submits accurate daily paperwork
- Ensures sanitation standards meet Health Department and company standards
- Provides role model for managers and employees
- Develops self on store related technology
- Willing to work all positions including line cooking expo seating bartending
- Uses Management Development Program for leadership growth
