Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Two years of restaurant management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Availability to work flexible shifts
  • Ability to comply with health and safety standards

  • Minimum two years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to build and maintain a cohesive team
  • Proven customer service expertise
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including day, evening, and night

Job Duties

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations
  • Manage financial controls and restaurant budgets
  • Lead and develop the restaurant team across all shifts
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
  • Oversee inventory management and ordering processes
  • Assume full operational responsibility in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
