Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High school education or equivalent
- Two years of restaurant management experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong customer service orientation
- Availability to work flexible shifts

Job Duties
- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations
- Manage financial controls and restaurant budgets
- Lead and develop the restaurant team across all shifts
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
- Oversee inventory management and ordering processes
- Assume full operational responsibility in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
