Job Duties

  • Inspire and support team to provide best service to customers
  • lead and inspire team to ensure positive customer experience by providing feedback and setting goals
  • maintain adequate staffing by assisting with scheduling, interviewing, and hiring
  • ensure restaurant cleanliness and safety by following maintenance and food safety guidelines
  • assist in inventory control and record keeping
  • support team capabilities and knowledge to meet customer needs
  • remain calm to diffuse and resolve customer and employee issues
  • provide coaching, training, and positive feedback to develop team skills
  • build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
  • foster a fun and engaging work environment
