Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant supervision or management
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of state and federal labor laws and food safety regulations
- capacity to train, coach, and develop team members
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform restaurant duties
- commitment to delivering excellent guest service and maintaining brand standards

Job Duties
- Monitor staffing levels
- recruit and select employees to talent and job profiles
- train, develop, coach, and evaluate employee performance
- ensure systems for training employees are fully implemented and followed
- assign activities and tasks
- identify and develop internal candidates for management and team leader positions
- treat employees with respect and dignity
- regularly recognize and reward employees
- comply with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
- manage daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance
- hold restaurant team accountable for consistently delivering excellent guest service and food quality in adherence with brand systems, procedures, and food safety requirements
- review practices and modify as needed to continuously improve the guest experience
- interact with guests and the community
- respond to guest questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure positive resolution and guest recovery
- maintain brand image by ensuring restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and excellent service
- partner with the restaurant manager in using management information tools to analyze restaurant operational and financial performance
- identify trends and implement action plans for improvement
- focus efforts on developing long term sales growth initiatives designed to drive profitable sales growth
- consider cost-benefit impact of financial decisions and work to protect the brand
- monitor costs and adherence to budget and restaurant goals
