Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of high volume restaurant leadership experience
- previous quick service restaurant experience preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must be ServSafe certifiable
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to perform under pressure in high volume restaurant
- willingness to work in varying temperature conditions
- must be able to work quickly and respond to fast paced demands
- willingness to work around allergens such as nuts
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of high volume restaurant leadership experience
- previous quick service restaurant experience strongly preferred
- proven ability to manage COGS and labor effectively
- strong knowledge of safe food handling practices
- ServSafe certification or ability to achieve certification
- excellent customer service skills
- strong trainer and coach abilities
- effective employee relations management
- ability to motivate teams and promote positive work environment
- highly organized and detail oriented
- proficiency with computers and point of sale systems
- ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast paced environment
- integrity and honesty in all work
Job Duties
- Manage entire operation of restaurant during scheduled shifts
- strive for operational levels that meet or exceed standards in quality, service and atmosphere
- accurately complete duties such as inventory control, ordering products, cash control
- ensure shift leads and crew are trained on systems, product recipes, food safety and safety practices
- incorporate systems and routines into daily operations
- assist in executing business plan and optimize sales and profit
- analyze COGS and labor, maintain inventory, adjust labor for demand changes
- ensure cash control/security procedures are followed
- assist in developing strategies to increase sales and customer visits
- ensure customer service meets standards and handle customer complaints
- build relationships with repeat customers
- assist in hiring, training, coaching and developing staff
- perform or assist in employee scheduling
- maintain positive working relationships to maximize morale and productivity
- assist with food safety training, enforce safe food handling and sanitation standards
- maintain safe and healthy facility environment
- respond appropriately to emergencies
- bring ideas for local marketing and assist in marketing activities
- perform other duties as requested by the General Manager
