Job Requirements
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends
- ability to stand and move for up to 10 hours
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely

- high school diploma or equivalent
- restaurant management experience
Job Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years restaurant management experience
- Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol certifications preferred

Job Duties
- Ensures timely, friendly service according to company guidelines
- cultivates a culture in accordance with Flynn Applebee's core values
- ensures immediate response and correction of all verbal guest complaints
- ensures guest contact with completion of required table visits
- maintains departmental inventory levels
- performs line checks to ensure product preparation and presentation meet company standards
- effectively schedules employees to meet sales demands
- maintains effective safety and security programs
- promotes and leads restaurant organization, cleanliness, and sanitation
- performs routine maintenance and reports needed repairs
- promotes quality recruitment and referrals of potential team members and managers
- supports training procedures for new managers
- maintains a trained staff through orientation and training sessions
- participates in employee development using performance documentation and evaluations
- assesses employee efficiency and provides feedback
- monitors employee performance and documents disciplinary actions
- assures compliance with company policies
- controls costs in assigned department
- complies with local, state, and federal laws
- drives bi-weekly/weekly food and liquor inventories
- prepares and submits accurate daily paperwork
- assures sanitation standards meet or exceed Health Department requirements
- provides a role model for managers and employees
- develops self on all store-related technology
- works in various positions as needed, including cooking, seating guests, bartending
- uses Management Development Program for ongoing leadership growth
