Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in restaurant operations or management preferred
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team

  • Support and execute brand sales driving initiatives such as promotions, new product introductions and brand loyalty initiatives
  • Manage efforts to ensure a positive guest and team experience
  • Ensure quality and timely delivery of food and beverage orders through various ordering channels
  • Maintain and inspect dining room, food receiving, food holding, preparation, production, and storage areas to ensure health and safety regulations adherence
  • Correct unsafe practices or conditions
  • Complete daily paperwork and projects on a timely basis
  • Comply with cash control policies and procedures
  • Drive positive results for labor through proactive scheduling and reacting to business trends
  • Control operating costs
  • Ensure quality recruiting and training of new team members
  • Participate in hiring, training, motivation, and evaluation of team members
  • Create positive relationships with team members and managers by treating all members with respect
  • Minimize turnover by assisting in resolving team member issues
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards, company policies, and procedures during supervisory shifts
  • Support and practice an open door policy
