Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years restaurant management experience
- Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol certifications preferred
- ability to work various shifts including weekends
- physical ability to stand and move for up to 10 hours per shift
- capability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- proficiency in reading and writing for communication
- hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment
- willingness to perform all restaurant positions as needed
Job Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years restaurant management experience
- Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol certifications are a plus
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent problem solving and communication abilities
- ability to handle stressful and fast-paced environments

Job Duties
- Ensures timely, friendly service according to company guidelines
- cultivates a culture aligned with Flynn Applebee's core values
- responds immediately to guest complaints and ensures resolution
- completes required guest table visits
- maintains departmental inventory levels
- conducts product line checks to meet quality standards
- schedules employees to meet sales demands
- maintains effective safety and security programs
- promotes cleanliness and sanitation in the restaurant
- reports maintenance needs promptly
- recruits and refers potential team and management candidates
- supports training procedures for new managers
- conducts employee orientation and individual training
- documents employee performance and provides regular feedback
- monitors employee performance and handles disciplinary actions
- ensures compliance with company policies
- controls costs in assigned department
- complies with all local, state, and federal laws
- completes food and liquor inventories as required
- prepares and submits accurate daily paperwork
- assures sanitation standards meet health and company requirements
- provides role modeling for managers and employees
- develops skills in store-related technology
- willingly works all restaurant positions including cooking, seating, and bartending
- participates in Management Development Program for leadership growth
