Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager with hiring, training, managing, supervising, directing, and developing team members
- Demonstrate a fair, firm, fun leadership approach and lead by example
- Assist with managing profit and loss statements to exceed financial targets
- Resolve employee concerns swiftly and thoughtfully
- Celebrate team successes and coach for better performance
- Set clear expectations and provide continuous feedback
- Create a positive, upbeat atmosphere during shifts that makes work enjoyable
- Help employees understand the big picture and their roles by sharing the 'why' behind tasks
- Use performance metrics to evaluate and improve Drive-In operations
- Maintain and enforce SONIC safety and sanitation standards
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations
