Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years experience in restaurant management
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
  • Valid food handler’s certification or willingness to obtain
  • Basic computer skills for managing schedules and reports

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including bar, kitchen, and dining areas
  • Drive restaurant sales and profitability through effective management and guest services
  • Ensure high-quality food and service standards are consistently met
  • Lead, train, and develop restaurant staff to build a strong, cohesive team
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with health regulations
  • Handle guest concerns and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction
