- Full-service bar experience
- Proven track record of leadership and team building
- Knowledge of operational procedures and shift management
- Experience training hourly team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Job Duties
- Manage restaurant operations and drive sales and profitability

- Provide direction, training, and coaching to team members
- Uphold Underground Chuck's policies, procedures, and mission
- Coordinate front-of-house and service teams including other assistant managers
- Maintain knowledge of operational procedures and shift positions
- Supervise and develop hourly team members
