Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months supervisor or manager experience in a restaurant or retail environment
  • basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Suite
  • ability to manage multiple responsibilities
  • strong decision-making skills
  • self-starter with minimal supervision
  • comfortable with flexible rotating schedule
  • basic math and communication skills
  • superior customer service skills
  • strong supervisory and listening abilities
  • physically able to perform duties including lifting up to 75 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months supervisor or manager experience in restaurant or retail in high volume setting
  • familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
  • superior customer service skills
  • bilingual preferred
  • strong problem resolution skills
  • solid supervisory, diplomacy, and listening skills

Job Duties

  • Understand and drive club metrics in alignment with business performance
  • develop knowledge of club services, programs, and products including competitor insights
  • assist in interviewing and recruitment of front desk and fitness instructors
  • monitor inventory and review sales data with GM to identify opportunities
  • uphold company standards and lead by example in delivering the mission, vision, and values
  • ensure team compliance with punctuality, dress code, friendliness, and cleanliness
  • develop and maintain cleaning duties and oversee overnight employees
  • coordinate disciplinary actions and terminations with GM, Regional Manager, and HR
  • cover employee shifts as needed
  • assist in club audits for cleanliness and organization
  • mentor front end employees to promote career growth
  • perform other duties as assigned by Club Manager
