Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months supervisor or manager experience in a restaurant or retail environment
- basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Suite
- ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- strong decision-making skills
- self-starter with minimal supervision
- comfortable with flexible rotating schedule
- basic math and communication skills
- superior customer service skills
- strong supervisory and listening abilities
- physically able to perform duties including lifting up to 75 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months supervisor or manager experience in restaurant or retail in high volume setting
- familiarity with Microsoft Office applications

Job Duties
- Understand and drive club metrics in alignment with business performance
- develop knowledge of club services, programs, and products including competitor insights
- assist in interviewing and recruitment of front desk and fitness instructors
- monitor inventory and review sales data with GM to identify opportunities
- uphold company standards and lead by example in delivering the mission, vision, and values
- ensure team compliance with punctuality, dress code, friendliness, and cleanliness
- develop and maintain cleaning duties and oversee overnight employees
- coordinate disciplinary actions and terminations with GM, Regional Manager, and HR
- cover employee shifts as needed
- assist in club audits for cleanliness and organization
- mentor front end employees to promote career growth
- perform other duties as assigned by Club Manager
