Job Requirements

Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
ability to stand for 8-10 hours
ability to lift up to 50lbs
ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching motions

Job Qualifications

Proven leadership skills in restaurant management
experience with profit and loss management
strong coaching and team development abilities
effective communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in fast-paced environments
knowledge of food safety standards
understanding of restaurant operations and inventory control
emotional resilience and patience

Job Duties

Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests
hire, train & coach the team
utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day
implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory
set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
maintain operations, profit and loss, guest satisfaction, customer service, speed of service, quality control and workplace safety
comply with government regulations, employment law, food safety and operations policies
