Job Requirements

  • ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant team leadership preferred
  • strong people-oriented relationship skills
  • ability to coach and develop team members
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of food safety and maintenance standards
  • ability to work independently and in a team
  • valid driver's license and insurance preferred

Job Duties

  • inspire and support the team to provide excellent customer service
  • lead and inspire team members to create a positive customer experience
  • maintain adequate staffing levels through scheduling, interviewing, and hiring
  • ensure cleanliness and safety by following maintenance and food safety guidelines
  • assist with inventory control and record keeping
