Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
- Minimum one year of leadership experience with excellent performance standards in a Burger King restaurant or similar environment
- English language proficiency with clear speech and verbal comprehension
- Proficient math skills
- Completion or willingness to complete internal certifications such as Guest Service Expert, Basic Management Training, Serve Safe Essentials
- Completion or willingness to complete Anti-Harassment Training and HR Legal Compliance Training within 60 days
- Ability to work long and irregular hours including extra shifts
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage financial controls, inventory, and labor management
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Leadership experience with excellent performance in a restaurant or retail/hospitality industry
- Proficient English language skills for clear speech and comprehension
- Strong math skills
- Completion or willingness to complete internal certifications including Guest Service Expert, Basic Management Training, Serve Safe Essentials
- Completion or willingness to complete Anti-Harassment and HR Legal Compliance Training within 60 days
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Experience with cash handling and financial controls
- Knowledge of employment laws and policies
- Customer service and complaint resolution skills

Job Duties
- Leads operations excellence by directing efficient preparation and sale of products for prompt customer delivery
- Provides production direction to crew in a clear and concise way
- Sets an example for crew by working hard to ensure swift and smooth production
- Identifies and resolves bottlenecks in food preparation and delivery
- Demonstrates patience and a positive attitude with crew while delegating tasks
- Motivates and directs crew and shift supervisors to exceed customer expectations
- Works with crew to act on customer feedback and resolve complaints timely and professionally
- Supervises and trains crew members and shift supervisors on stations, products, and policies
- Delegates work to encourage teamwork and ensure operational standards
- Sets challenging goals, provides feedback, and ensures accountability
- Assists with profit and loss management including cash control, scheduling, inventory, and marketing plans
- Applies expertise to manage financial reports and identify issues
- Ensures compliance with government regulations, food safety, and company policies
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Acts promptly on safety and security violations
- Motivates crew to comply with loss control procedures
- Helps identify compliance issues across shifts
