Job Requirements

  • Desire to grow and succeed in personal and professional development
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and use hands to prepare sandwiches
  • Display drive, determination, punctuality, and responsibility

Job Qualifications

  • Experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant setting preferred

  • Successful completion of background check
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Inspire and support your team to provide their best service to customers
  • Lead and inspire your team to ensure positive customer experiences by providing feedback and setting goals
  • Maintain adequate staffing levels by assisting in scheduling, interviewing, and hiring
  • Ensure the restaurant remains clean and safe by following maintenance and food safety guidelines
  • Assist in operations management including inventory control and record keeping
  • Adapt to various situations to support team members in meeting customer needs
  • Resolve customer and employee issues calmly and effectively
  • Provide coaching, training, and positive feedback to develop team skills
  • Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
  • Promote a fun and engaging work environment
