Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in restaurant leadership preferred
- ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- valid driver's license and insurance with an adequate driving record
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- ability to work independently and with a variety of personalities
- background check completed satisfactorily
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- punctual and responsible

Job Duties
- Inspire and support your team to provide their best service to customers

- ensure restaurant cleanliness and safety by following maintenance and food safety guidelines
- assist in restaurant operations management including inventory control and record keeping

- remain calm and utilize your knowledge to resolve customer and employee issues
- provide coaching, training, and positive feedback to develop your team's skills
