Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
- Minimum one year leadership experience in Burger King or comparable industry
- Proficiency in English for clear communication
- Proficient math skills
- Completion or willingness to complete internal management and safety certifications
- Ability to work long and irregular hours including extra shifts
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities including financial controls and staff development
- Commitment to uphold company mission and values
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college education preferred
- Minimum of one year leadership experience in a Burger King restaurant or comparable retail/hospitality environment
- Proficient English language skills with clear speech and comprehension
- Strong math skills
- Completion or willingness to complete internal certifications such as Guest Service Expert, Basic Management Training, and Serve Safe Essentials
- Training or willingness to complete Anti-Harassment and HR Legal Compliance within 60 days of employment
Job Duties
- Lead efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products within speed of service guidelines
- Provide clear production direction and support to crew members
- Motivate and direct crew to exceed customer expectations with friendly service and clean surroundings
- Supervise and train crew members and shift supervisors on stations, products, policies, and procedures
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining effective crew talent
- Manage cash control, inventory, labor scheduling, and financial reporting to enhance restaurant results
- Ensure compliance with food safety, employment law, security policy, and company standards across shifts
