Job Requirements
- 10+ years experience in restaurant business
- 10+ years supervisory experience
- 4-year college or university degree or equal job experience
- Successful completion of the company's MIT training program
- Completion of State of Florida Management Certification
- Willingness to undergo background check in accordance with local laws
- Must attend and complete ongoing training and certification programs
- Must be certified in ServSafe and Food Handling Management

Job Duties
- Assess the needs of the building or equipment
- review safety checklists
- Maintain exterior store appearance for review and action
- Fill out and post Front of House schedules by assigned time
- Meet labor and operational goals through Workforce
- Follow standard operating and sanitation procedures in Back of House
- Ensure employee motivation and satisfaction
- Complete Areas of Responsibility
- Maintain location standards including cleanliness, atmosphere, and guest experience
- Monitor restaurant illumination and music levels
- Adhere to WingHouse policies and procedures
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork and administrative duties
- Utilize the POS system accurately
- Handle all cash and funds management
- Coach and counsel employees according to company policy
- Develop leadership for BOH and FOH employees
- Motivate both BOH and FOH staff
- Lead team by influencing actions and opinions toward company goals
- Resolve problems with sound judgment
- Conduct train the trainer classes for all positions
- Perform daily line checks for FOH and BOH
- Follow daily open, mid, and close procedures
- Post notes daily in logs including shifts, maintenance, and employee performance
- Maintain ServSafe and Food Handling Management certification
