Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
- Minimum one year of leadership experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Proficient English language skills
- Proficient math skills
- Willingness to complete required internal certifications including Guest Service Expert, Basic Management Training, Serve Safe Essentials, Anti-Harassment Training, and HR Legal Compliance Training
- Ability to work long and irregular hours including extra shifts as needed
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Ability to manage restaurant operations efficiently
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
- Minimum one year of leadership experience preferably in restaurant or retail/hospitality industry
- Demonstrated leadership skills with excellent performance standards
- Proficient in English language including speech, reading, and comprehension
- Proficient math skills
- Completion or willingness to complete Guest Service Expert, Basic Management Training, and Serve Safe Essentials certifications
- Completion or willingness to complete Anti-Harassment and HR Legal Compliance trainings within 60 days of employment
Job Duties
- Leads operations excellence by directing efficient and accurate food preparation and sale for prompt customer delivery
- Provides clear production direction to crew and sets an example by working hard to ensure smooth production
- Identifies and resolves bottlenecks in food preparation and delivery to increase speed of service
- Motivates and directs crew members to exceed customer expectations with food quality and service
- Handles customer feedback and resolves complaints promptly and professionally
- Supervises and trains crew members and shift supervisors on products, processes, and policies
- Assists with profit and loss management including cash handling, labor scheduling, and inventory control
- Ensures compliance with government regulations, company policies, food safety, and security standards
- Maintains restaurant cleanliness and sanitation
- Takes initiative to report violations and enforce loss control procedures
