Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours)
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Must maintain compliance with all corporate-mandated training certification requirements
- Positive attitude conducive to a 5-star guest experience
- Compliance with all company, store, federal, state, and local policies, procedures, laws, and ordinances particularly regarding food, health, and safety
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Demonstrated teamwork and sense of urgency
- Adherence to policies in the Marco's Handbook and Manuals

Job Duties
- Lead crew members and direct all daily operations of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager including supervising and training employees, opening and closing the store, ensuring all food preparation is complete, managing employee breaks and shift changes
- Motivate and coach crew members and assist in the training of new crew members
- Excel in performing all crew member tasks including makeline, cut table, monitoring the ovens, packaging of products, quality check and order accuracy, and guest relations
- Follow Marco's procedures for preparing dough, sauce, and toppings, and correctly making all Marco's products
- Operate all machinery in accordance with Marco's safety requirements and all applicable state and federal laws
- Maintain cleanliness of the store
- Work as a team player to support other employees in completing their tasks
- Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations with tasks including scheduling, ordering, and team development
- Ensure that the Occupational Safety and Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policies are followed
- Ensure the restaurant follows the preventative maintenance program regarding facility, equipment, and grounds maintenance
- Assist the General Manager in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of crew members
- Maintain fast, accurate, and outstanding service, ensure an excellent guest experience and make sure all products are consistent with company standards
- Complete all other duties as assigned
