Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age at the date of hire
- previous successful management experience preferably in casual dining
- ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours
- ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds
- strong interpersonal skills
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in overall restaurant operations
- direct the activities and performance of team members
- ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met

- work closely with the General Manager to provide vision and leadership
- perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting 25-50 pounds
