- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to work a minimum of 40 plus hours per week
- flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- hard working and team player
- prior restaurant experience preferred
- ability to manage personnel
- skilled in inventory management
- capable of completing operational checklists and tasks
- able to balance cash and credit transactions
- able to lead and coach others
- excellent customer service skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage all personnel on each shift, including cashiers and cooks
- inventory management including managing food costs
- ensure all daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks and checklists are completed correctly
- hiring and scheduling staff to provide quality guest experience while managing labor expenses
- ensure daily cash drawers, safe, and credit cards are balanced
- operate the store to meet or exceed budgeted operating goals
- ensure all product quality standards are met
- create an environment of quality within the store
- lead and coach team performance
