  • ability to work a minimum of 40 plus hours per week
  • flexible schedule including nights and weekends
  • hard working and team player
  • prior restaurant experience preferred
  • ability to manage personnel
  • skilled in inventory management
  • capable of completing operational checklists and tasks
  • able to balance cash and credit transactions
  • able to lead and coach others
  • excellent customer service skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage all personnel on each shift, including cashiers and cooks
  • inventory management including managing food costs
  • ensure all daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks and checklists are completed correctly
  • hiring and scheduling staff to provide quality guest experience while managing labor expenses
  • ensure daily cash drawers, safe, and credit cards are balanced
  • operate the store to meet or exceed budgeted operating goals
  • ensure all product quality standards are met
  • create an environment of quality within the store
  • lead and coach team performance
