Job Requirements

  • Prior management experience in a restaurant setting
  • Familiarity with health, labor, and safety regulations
  • Ability to work on feet for up to 13 hours

Job Duties

  • Ensure the restaurant complies with all local, state and federal regulations including health, wage, age and employment laws
  • Enforce Firehouse Subs policies and procedures strictly
  • Manage shifts to maintain profitability with control over food cost, labor, utilities and sales growth
  • Lead restaurant team to meet superior guest service, quality and cleanliness standards while promoting Firehouse Subs culture
  • Assist GM in coordinating and executing operational plans and company initiatives profitably and timely
  • Participate in interviewing, hiring, training, and disciplining employees under the GM's guidance
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of required programs, reports, and legal documents
  • Implement and advocate all Public Safety Foundation initiatives
  • Represent Firehouse Subs positively and professionally at all times
  • Communicate effectively with GM/Owner regarding any business-impacting issues
  • Maintain physical stamina to work on feet for extended periods
  • Lift up to 50 pounds as required
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by GM/Owner
