Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of restaurant management experience
  • ServSafe certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities
  • Ability to motivate and coach staff
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Understanding of financial and operational controls
  • Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to participate in a four-week training program in St. Louis

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of experience as a Restaurant Manager
  • Knowledge of guest service and food handling sanitation
  • Familiarity with restaurant industry operations
  • ServSafe certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong motivational, listening, coaching, leadership, and communication skills
  • Results-oriented with financial understanding of restaurant operations
  • Ability to read, write, and perform mathematical calculations

Job Duties

  • Ensure all menu items are prepared correctly and presented attractively
  • Forecast food production needs and implement food production systems
  • Follow opening and closing procedures and conduct cooler maintenance
  • Receive and store products to ensure quality and freshness
  • Assist in guest satisfaction and handle complaints
  • Run shifts in the absence of General Manager or Kitchen Manager
  • Maintain health department sanitation standards and company safety programs
  • Complete daily paperwork and manage cash control
  • Participate in inventory and cost control processes
  • Assist in recruitment, training, and staff management
  • Conduct performance reviews and support disciplinary procedures
  • Lead by example in greeting and interacting with guests
  • Maintain restaurant appearance and equipment in proper condition
