Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pizza industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be a keyholder responsible for store opening and closing
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar managerial role, preferably in the pizza industry
- Demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in training and developing employees
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage inventory and control costs
Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and high-quality food
- Train and develop team members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
- Manage inventory and ordering to ensure adequate supplies are on hand
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Lead opening and closing shifts by supervising and completing all opening and closing tasks
- Handle cash management duties including safe assignments and register counts
