Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pizza industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Must be a keyholder responsible for store opening and closing

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar managerial role, preferably in the pizza industry
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in training and developing employees
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage inventory and control costs

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and high-quality food
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
  • Manage inventory and ordering to ensure adequate supplies are on hand
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Lead opening and closing shifts by supervising and completing all opening and closing tasks
  • Handle cash management duties including safe assignments and register counts
