Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in full service restaurant operations
  • basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to handle confidential information
  • capability to manage changing priorities
  • intermediate mathematical skills

Job Duties

  • Support general manager in daily operations
  • manage and develop hourly staff
  • assist with hiring and training
  • ensure smooth execution of payroll, HR, marketing, and financial processes
  • drive sales growth and control costs
  • maintain vendor relationships
  • promote positive work environment
  • oversee performance management
  • ensure guest service and satisfaction
  • manage food and beverage quality
  • deliver financial results including inventory control and P and L
  • enforce responsible alcohol service and food safety standards
  • maintain facility cleanliness and safety protocols
  • schedule and staff appropriately
  • handle proper cash management
  • build and motivate teams
  • manage local store and grassroots marketing
  • oversee to go service and catering
