- basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Duties
- Support general manager in daily operations
- manage and develop hourly staff
- assist with hiring and training
- ensure smooth execution of payroll, HR, marketing, and financial processes
- drive sales growth and control costs
- maintain vendor relationships
- promote positive work environment
- oversee performance management
- ensure guest service and satisfaction
- manage food and beverage quality
- deliver financial results including inventory control and P and L
- enforce responsible alcohol service and food safety standards
- maintain facility cleanliness and safety protocols
- schedule and staff appropriately

- manage local store and grassroots marketing
