- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- General knowledge of full service restaurant operations and hospitality industry
- Strong organizational and planning skills

- Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Support daily restaurant operations to ensure guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
- Manage and develop hourly staff including hiring, training, and performance management
- Assist with scheduling and staffing to optimize labor costs and coverage
- Oversee payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial processes ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Drive sales growth through effective operational management and local marketing initiatives
- Maintain vendor relationships ensuring quality and cost-effective procurement
- Promote team building and a positive work environment consistent with the company’s core values
