Job Requirements

  • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
  • must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
  • ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
  • ability to stand for 8-10 hours
  • ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
  • ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching motions

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to coach and develop team members
  • knowledge of food safety standards and ServSafe certification preferred
  • proficiency in managing operations, profit and loss, food cost, and labor cost
  • ability to handle fast-paced work environment
  • high standards of integrity and customer satisfaction
  • experience with AES or similar operational systems is a plus

Job Duties

  • Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests
  • hire, train and coach the team
  • utilize AES systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day
  • implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory
  • set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
  • work with the General Manager to achieve high performance in operations, profit and loss, guest satisfaction, customer service, speed of service, quality control, workplace safety
  • follow all government regulations, employment law, food safety and operations policies, and implement all accounting controls
