Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age upon date of hire
- Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 12 hours
- Capability to lift 25-50 pounds
- Experience in restaurant management
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Willingness to enforce company policies consistently
Job Qualifications
- Previous management experience in a casual dining restaurant environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team

Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in overall restaurant operations
- Direct the activities and performance of team members
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are consistently met
- Deliver friendly and efficient guest service
- Enforce all company policies at all times
- Work closely with the General Manager to provide vision and leadership to the team
- Monitor staff performance and provide training as necessary
