Job Requirements

minimum age of 19 years
availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings
possession or ability to obtain Responsible Beverage Service Training certificate
possession or ability to obtain Food Handler’s permit
ability to obtain state keno license including passing background check
prior management experience in a relevant service setting

Job Qualifications

experience in management within a bar, restaurant, or service industry
strong leadership and supervisory skills
excellent customer service abilities
knowledge of health and safety regulations
ability to work flexible schedules including days, evenings, and weekends
Responsible Beverage Service Training certificate
Food Handler’s permit
state keno license with background screening

Job Duties

supervise daily restaurant and bar operations
lead and manage staff performance
ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
oversee inventory and supply management
handle customer service issues and maintain high satisfaction
coordinate scheduling including flexible shifts
enforce Responsible Beverage Service and Food Handler compliance
