Job Requirements

at least one year of assistant manager or equivalent experience in full-service restaurant or bar management
strong dedication to high service standards
excellent communication and leadership skills
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
passion for food and hospitality industry
capacity to lead and inspire a team
readiness to grow into a General Manager role

Job Qualifications

minimum of one year full-service restaurant or bar management experience
proven leadership skills in a hospitality environment
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced setting
passion for food and customer service
experience with staff training and development
knowledge of financial aspects of restaurant management

Job Duties

train staff
oversee shifts and manage guest service
participate in financial management of the restaurant
engage with guests to provide exceptional service
lead by example on the restaurant floor
support the General Manager in daily operations
help develop team members for future leadership roles
