Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant management or related hospitality role
- strong leadership capabilities
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- ability to handle financial reporting and inventory management
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- commitment to upholding safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards
