Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in restaurant management or related hospitality role
strong leadership capabilities
excellent communication skills
proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
ability to handle financial reporting and inventory management
availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
commitment to upholding safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards

Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
general knowledge in full service restaurant operations/hospitality industry
strong organization and planning skills
strong operational skills in a customer-service and hospitality environment
strong coaching skills
intermediate mathematical computations skills
