- prior management experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- flexible availability including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Train staff on standard portion sizes, Train staff on cooking methods, train staff on quality standards, train staff on kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
- prepare kitchen menu items according to established recipes and procedures
- ensure speed of service
- ensure quality of all menu items
- manage and order store inventory
- actively motivate staff
- provide high level of customer service
