Job Duties

  • Assist the general manager with hiring, training, managing, supervising, directing, and developing great people ready to serve a SuperSONIC experience to every guest
  • Demonstrate a fair, firm, fun leadership approach, and lead by example
  • Assist with managing a profit and loss statement to exceed expectations every week, month, and year
  • Swiftly resolve employee concerns with a thoughtful approach
  • Celebrate team successes and coach for better performance
  • Set expectations and provide clear and continuous feedback
  • Create an upbeat positive atmosphere during the shift that makes work fun
  • Help employees understand the big picture and their role by sharing the why behind tasks
  • Understand how to use metrics to evaluate Drive-In performance and assist with necessary improvements
  • Maintain and enforce SONIC safety and sanitation standards
  • Relentlessly comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations
