Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant experience required
  • Knowledge of MS Word and Excel

Job Duties

  • Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and increased profitability
  • Ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction in quality, service, and cleanliness, taking necessary actions to retain dissatisfied guests
  • Provide direction to team members on operational and procedural issues following the Moe's Way
  • Maintain accurate staffing plans, interview prospective employees, and follow the four steps of staffing
  • Develop team members through ongoing feedback and performance reviews
  • Enforce sanitary and food safety practices, maintain scores of 90 percent or higher on health and Steritech inspections
  • Manage food flow to ensure high-quality product, proper portioning, and low waste
  • Ensure proper security procedures to protect guests, employees, and assets
  • Maintain a safe working and guest environment, complete injury reports promptly
  • Adhere to Sterling standards for sales, labor hours, and cost goals
  • Complete all financial reporting accurately and on time
