- Previous restaurant experience required
- Knowledge of MS Word and Excel

Job Duties
- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and increased profitability
- Ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction in quality, service, and cleanliness, taking necessary actions to retain dissatisfied guests
- Provide direction to team members on operational and procedural issues following the Moe's Way
- Maintain accurate staffing plans, interview prospective employees, and follow the four steps of staffing
- Develop team members through ongoing feedback and performance reviews
- Enforce sanitary and food safety practices, maintain scores of 90 percent or higher on health and Steritech inspections
- Manage food flow to ensure high-quality product, proper portioning, and low waste
- Ensure proper security procedures to protect guests, employees, and assets
- Maintain a safe working and guest environment, complete injury reports promptly
- Adhere to Sterling standards for sales, labor hours, and cost goals
- Complete all financial reporting accurately and on time
