- Knowledge of MS Word and Excel

Job Duties
- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and increased profitability
- Ensure 100% guest satisfaction in quality, service, and cleanliness, addressing any dissatisfaction proactively
- Provide direction to team members regarding operational and procedural issues following the Moe's Way
- Maintain an accurate and ongoing staffing plan, interview prospective employees and follow staffing procedures
- Develop team members through ongoing feedback and conduct performance reviews
- Enforce sanitary practices and maintain high health inspection scores
- Manage food flow including ordering, receiving, storing and serving to ensure quality and reduce waste
- Ensure security procedures to protect guests, employees and assets
- Complete necessary reports promptly for any injuries or incidents
- Manage shifts effectively
- Adhere to financial goals including sales, labor hours, and food cost targets
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting according to Sterling policies
- Maintain a professional image complying with uniform and appearance standards
