Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a restaurant operation
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Must be an excellent communicator
- Ability to deal with all levels of team members
- Computer knowledge is desirable
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant
- Ability to bend, stand and walk for entire workday
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in restaurant operation
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literacy desirable
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Ability to operate POS system and cash register
Job Duties
- Providing an excellent guest experience
- Ensuring that great food is prepared and served
- Keeping our restaurants functional, clean and beautiful
- Controlling inventory
- Scheduling and supervising staff
- Maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security
- Being a team player
- Managing a staff of 4-12 including assigning and evaluating work
- Assisting in the planning of special events and promotions
- Coordinating training for events
- Assisting with product ordering and inventory
